This policy explains what personal data nutriveda.eu collects, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The data controller for nutriveda.eu is Nutriveda EOOD, 21 Georgi Georgiev – Gets Str., Vitosha District, Sofia, Bulgaria, company number (EIK) 205501259, VAT number BG205501259. Manager: Nikola Belopitov.

What we collect and why
- Newsletter and free guides. If you sign up, we store your email address, your first name if you give it, the date you signed up and which emails you open or click. We use it only to send you the emails you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
- Emails you send us. Your name, email address and message, used to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and the site you came from. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs and security. Our hosting and security services record IP addresses and requests to keep the site safe and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. nutriveda.eu uses:
- Necessary cookies that make the site work and keep it secure, including cookies set by our content delivery and security service (Cloudflare). They do not identify you personally.
- Statistics cookies set by Google Analytics (
_ga,_ga_*, stored for up to 2 years) to count visits and see how the site is used. - Advertising cookies that Google AdSense may set to show and measure ads.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
Who processes the data for us
We do not sell your data. It is processed only by service providers that help us run the site, under data processing agreements:
- Cloudways (DigitalOcean, LLC) – website hosting, servers in the Netherlands (EU);
- Cloudflare, Inc. – content delivery and security;
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL – sending of emails (Amazon SES), servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU);
- Rackspace – our email inbox;
- Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
Some of these providers are based in or may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Emails you send us: up to 2 years after our last exchange.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Server and security logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time (GDPR Art. 15-21). Write to info@nutriveda.eu and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority – in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. Important changes are announced to newsletter subscribers.
